"I currently own an Aerus Laundry Pro, and two Aerus Lux Guardian Platinum Canister Vacuum Cleaners. I purchased the Laundry Pro first and we skeptical of how something so simple in design would clean clothing without the use of hot water or laundry detergent. I was sold after the second time I used the device, and now I have been using it for over 3 years and have not purchased any laundry detergent or dryer sheets in that 3 years. My clothing, bedding, and towels always come out clean, smelling fresh, very soft to the touch, and are static free. Moreover, as a person with allergies I have no skin reactions like I did with laundry detergents. I was so impressed with the quality of the product, and the service I received from the staff that when I decided to replace my vacuum cleaners I went back to Aerus of Wilkes-Barre.
Gracie and Scott are friendly and very personable. will take the time to explain the products they sell to you. They do not pressure you into purchasing the products, , they take the time to explain the products including features and benefits, and the customer service thay offer is outstanding. Yes, the Aerus products do cost more then the average products found at the "Big Box" stores, but the quality, value and service you will get from Aerus of Wilkes-Barre outweighs the difference in cost."

"Grace sold us our 2nd Aerus canister vacuum a couple of years ago. We loved the 1st one (which we bought and used many years ago) and are THRILLED with the 2nd one. When it was time to consider a shampooer, of course we called Grace. While she was here for our annual service visit, she demonstrated the shampooer and we think It is fabulous! We also bought two air purifiers from Grace. She is such a knowlegeable sales person for the Aerus products! Grace is also very kind and patient and understanding of our household needs.
